12 Yard was founded in 2001 by David Young and the creative team behind the worldwide hit Weakest Link. 12 Yard has gone on to become one of the world's most successful entertainment format creators, producing hit formats including the long-running early evening quiz Eggheads, prime time comedy entertainment show I'll Get This for BBC Two, Big Star's Little Star for ITV and Coach Trip for Channel 4.
The team at 12 Yard are now preparing to start production on their next series of Catchpoint (Celebrity Specials) hosted by Paddy McGuinness and are looking for Studio Runners to join the team for this short-term contract.
About the role
• The Studio Runners will be based on the studio floor throughout the recordings and will assist the floor manager and stagehands to load the Catchpoint balls into the machine for game play.
• Studio Runners may be asked to stand in as contestants during show rehearsals and therefore must be comfortable being on camera and interacting with the host.
About you
• Studio Runners need to have excellent attention to detail and be able to plan ahead.
• Previous TV production experience is not required.
