Location: Glasgow – initially you will be required to work remotely from home – all necessary equipment and support will be provided.
Red Sky Productions is a Glasgow-based independent television production company focused on factual content. Red Sky is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and self-motivated individual who is keen to embark on their first steps working in the television industry. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support across company operations and will work closely with Senior Management and Programme Development Teams.

Responsibilities would include:
Work closely with the Senior Management Team providing administrative support across the company and to the Development Team
Organise and manage Senior Management diaries
Arranging travel and accommodation for business trips
Provide all new staff a company induction package and necessary support
Oversee talent database
Oversee company social media platforms
Arrange and supervise all work experience placements
Overseeing office operations
Overseeing office inventory and organise maintenance of equipment
Oversee basic financial duties such as credit card and petty cash reconciliations
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
Good communications skills to build effective relationships staff and freelance teams
Organisational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise a workload under pressure
Confidence to recognise and deal with arising problems/issues
Discretion when dealing with personal or information of a sensitive nature
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations
Ability to think on your feet, use your initiative
A good knowledge of standard software packages: Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is essential
Be a team player, diligent and have an eye for detail
A good sense of humour is very useful!
